STAGE PLOT NOTES: 1. Lead vocalist (Mike) uses a wireless mic (normal XLR input). (Mike provides his own mic) 2. Center stage (Mike) acoustic guitar is just a basic XLR input. (Mike provides his own cables and DI box). 3. Center stage (Mike) keyboard (XLR out). 4. Center stage (Mike) electric guitar. Suitable mic and XLR cable to be provided by venue/soundman. 5. Center stage (Mike) requires an XLR mix send back from the venue’s board for in-ears monitors. 6. The drum kit is technically a five piece (additional floor tom on the left side of the snare). 7. The guitar amp (Stage Right) needs to be appropriately mic'd (no DI out). Suitable mic and XLR cable to be provided by venue/soundman. 8. Stage Right (Chris) requires an XLR mix send back from the venue’s board for in-ears monitors. 9. The Ampeg (BA-115) bass amp (Stage Left) has a direct DI XLR out, so that can be run to the board via a venue-supplied XLR cable (via venue-supplied snake or else straight to board). 10. We have some backing tracks from an iPad (shown in plot as the laptop positioned near drummer), run to a DI box (band-provided). We will need to have an XLR cable supplied by venue to connect this DI to the house system. We need an XLR monitor out back to our drummer's small mixer that his in-ears are plugged into. 11. MONITORS: We need four wedges, one for each band member. Mike (center stage), Chris (stage right), and Brett (drums) each ALSO employ in-ears, so we will need monitor sends back to them as well, as described above (in items 5, 8, and 10). 12. Drum mics: We need the snare and kick mic'd up at a minimum (with industry-standard suitable microphones provided by the venue). For larger spaces, as dictated by the size of the venue, we would expect individual mics across the full kit (again, provided by the venue, and as outlined in the below input list, including a pair of overhead condensers). 13. For venues with rear screen projection capabilities, we would hope for an HDMI drop somewhere near Stage Left so as to facilitate streaming video from an Apple Macbook. (The videos are controlled during the show by Skip via a bluetooth foot pedal). If a projector/HDMI arrangement exists but the HDMI doesn't reach the stage, we do have an HDMI-to-cat5 converter (in case a guest cat5 ethernet line exists). INPUT LIST: 1.
